Chef John Ancrum is a pastry chef who enjoys pleasing the palate while keeping it healthy. The CEO is a Doctor of Public Health who has also been educating people about nutrition for over 20 years and who has realized there is a real need for healthier choices even in fast food and that the time is ripe for developing a franchise.
Therefore, the main focus of this restaurant is to offer healthy foods to patrons while also teaching healthier choices. The restaurant will offer fast food, take-out concept but plant-based only meaning no meats, cheese, milk or dairy products.
