A Full Taste Restaurant is a full-on taste, plant-based restaurant. The restaurant specializes in soups, salads, sandwiches, smoothies that are healthy and geared towards specific disease prevention, and healthy desserts. The restaurant also offers full-service catering to the community.  Only stainless steel cookware is used, no aluminum pots or pans will be used and the restaurant is eco-friendly offering bio-degradable options.

The Executive chef is Michael Elsen, who has been a 30 years chef experience with 17 years of that specializing in plant-based foods.  Chef John Ancrum is a pastry chef who enjoys pleasing the palate while keeping it healthy. The CEO is a Doctor of Public Health who has also been educating people about nutrition for over 20 years and who has realized there is a real need for healthier choices even in fast food and that the time is ripe for developing a franchise.

Therefore, the main focus of this restaurant is to offer healthy foods to patrons while also teaching healthier choices. The restaurant will offer fast food, take-out concept but plant-based only meaning no meats, cheese, milk or dairy products. The pricing will be penetration policy to match fast food chains like Wendy’s.  In addition, the restaurant will offer a full catering menu and can cater your birthday or special event at the North DeKalb mall or any location within the metro-Atlanta area.
